De prijs van dit hotel zal wellicht in de toekomst stijgen want het wordt binnenkort overgenomen door Marriot. Gratis ontbijt was goed maar kan iets uitgebreider. Het hotel ligt in het plaatsje Sudbury, een mooi landschap. We hadden dit hotel geboekt omdat het "in de buurt" van Boston ligt, maar het is toch nog 30 km naar centrum Boston. 'Very friendly Staff. The woman at reception ( forgot her name ) welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know. Property is sort of off highway but quiet and since property shared with Sheraton, fun to spend time in lobby. Also best breakfast i have had at a hotel!!'

'Nice quiet hotel near historic Concord. Rooms are spacious and clean, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety everyday. Lots of free parking space. I stayed here twice in a period of 3weeks and both of them where very pleasant! '

'We arrived late, had a long flight and were ver tired, but got a very warm welcome by the lady at the frontdesk, even gave us a few bottles of water! During our 3 days stay all of the staff was very friendly! We had a studio suite which was so sufficient, lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, good bed and very clean! Continental breakfast was very good! Lots of free parkingspace in a very quiet area! I would stay here again!'

"The accomodation was very cheap (in today's inflation standards) and booked last minute, so I knew I didn't have to expect a glamorous hotel. But in my opinion you pay for amenities and extra's, hygiëne is a basic even if you pay 20 or 300$ a night.
The sheets were clean but that was it, the room hadn't been cleaned for weeks and not deep cleaned for months or even years. The floor was only sweeped where you walk, every other corner had inches of dirt. There was a dried out cockroach in the closet, there was mold in the shower, flies coming out of the walls of the shower, and worst of all the shower was full of hair wich wasn't mine.
I'm a seasoned traveler but this is the worst room I've ever had. I didn't mind to much as I have low standards and don't mind that much but thought you guys should know.
