'Was my first experience in a homestay and that one was amazing. The property is close to the train'

'The guy operating the place was first class awful. There are signs everywhere explaining 5 star reviews keep the place "the cheapest in Dorchester". You are pressured for that review even while being yelled at for the way and volume you speak to your children is being misinterpreted as cursing at them for simply being audible from other areas of an echoey house. You have to clean the whole bathroom every time you use it. Signs encourage men to sut when they urinate in addition to having to...

'It was not hospitable at all. I felt like I was imposing. There were signs posted all over the place about what we couldn’t do. Within minutes of being in the home my son who is 14 and polite was basically chased back into our bedroom and out of the common area. The breakfast provided was 2 different types of cereal that was horrible served either expired milk that made me vomit. I would never stay here again.'

'Clean room and kitchen'

'Homestay with modern kitchen and nice beds. A lot of instructions for the bathroom and the kitchen! 8 minute walk from the jfk/umass subway station. Free onsite parking.'

'The house is so unique. The host is the nicest person. I will definitely come back.'

'Sarah, the Innkeeper, was terrific! Very friendly and responsive.'
