    HOUD ER REKENING MEE DAT!!! - Naast de keuken en woonkamer renovaties getoond, dit huisje beschikt ook over een nieuwe meester badkamer bad / douche staan ​​en nieuwe tegels. Het heeft ook een nieuwe voordek / veranda met de see-through railing .... en een nieuwe grote, buitendouche. In Nov'13, is nieuw tapijt en opnieuw gestoffeerd meubilair geïnstalleerd. In het voorjaar van '14 nieuwe vaatwasser en refigerator.

    Allereerst, het is direct aan de Night Heron Park met de Night Heron zwembad, complex, Kamp Kiawah, Nature Center, wekelijkse park activiteiten en carnavals allemaal op minder dan 100 yds afstand. Het strand is ongeveer 300 yds afstand en is een gemakkelijke 3 minuten wandelen. Het park is de spil van alle Kiawah activiteiten en het is slechts een steenworp afstand!

    Het huisje heeft een grote renovatie die een grote open ruimte voor wonen gemaakt ondergaan. De vloeren zijn licht gekleurde hardhout met ingebouwde verlichting in heel ..... waardoor het huisje een prachtige lichte en luchtige gevoel. De keuken werd uitgebreid en heeft nieuwe apparatuur, nieuwe kasten en granieten werkbladen in heel. De badkamers zijn gerenoveerd met 'adult - hoogte' wastafels en Corian (r) counters.

    Het huisje is uitgerust met een lcd-tv met Hi-definitie op het grote lcd-scherm boven de open haard in de familiekamer plus extra lcd-hd-def-tv's in elke slaapkamer. Het huisje is voorzien van draadloos internet in het hele.

    De veranda is gescreend met een tafel voor 4 personen, plus extra zitplaatsen stoelen voor de veranda dineren en onderhoudend.

    Deze eigenschap wordt beheerd door de Kiawah Island Resort, maar we zijn in staat door te geven voorzieningen om u als onze gast. Het is in de hoogste categorie van de huur Kiawah Resort eigenschappen !!! U heeft de volledige check-in privileges en alle voorzieningen als een resort gast inclusief toegang tot alle toevlucht zwembaden (alleen voor gasten van het resort, die u omvat!), Kortingen op golf en tennis, etc.

    Het huisje is geschikt voor 6 in bedden. De Master BR is een kingsize bed. De 2e slaapkamer is een queensize bed. De 3e slaapkamer is 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Een extra eenpersoons luchtbed kan indien gewenst worden gereserveerd. De aparte bedden in de 3e slaapkamer kunnen indien gewenst worden omgezet in kingsize bedden (tegen een kleine extra schoonmaaktoeslag).

    We staan huisdieren toe (behalve in de zomer) maar laten NIET toe dat er in het huisje wordt gerookt en hebben speciale verzoeken van eigenaren van gezelschapsdieren om ons te helpen het huisje schoon en fris te houden.

Perfect for our family of four. Our kids loved the Night Heron pool and the cottage is also a short walk to the beach. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed.

The property was walking distance to children playground, beach and market place. The rooms were clean. The only complaint was the trash left by the previous guest in the garbage bins. We didn't bother to take them out, overnight the squirrels had fun time with the leftovers.

Nice vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It’s a very relaxing environment and close to very nice amenities, such as Night Heron pill and park and the beach. The whole family had fun.

Perfect place to stay

We were so happy with our choice to stay there. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

Best location for littles

We had the best time between the splash pad, beach, and biking around the island. Can’t beat the location of this cottage. We will be back 😃

This house worked great for our family vacation to Kiawah. We have young children so the proximity to Night Heron was a huge plus. The property was clean and Rand was very responsive with any issue that might have come up. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Spring Break!

We had a wonderful time at this precious cottage. It is across the street from Night Heron Park (our favorite!) and a short bike ride to the beach. The cottage was very clean and perfect for a few days away in Kiawah. Thank you!

Fantastic location for families with young children!

We really enjoyed our week in Kiawah at this property - it was a 3 minute walk to the Night Heron pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We have small children with short legs, so this was perfect! Communication with both the property owner and the Resort was smooth and prompt. Highly recommend this cottage!

Cozy in Kiawah

Just what we were hoping for during a brief stay to assess Kiawah Island Resort's wedding options for our daughter and fiancé/boyfriend. Walking distance to The Nest Market & Cafe, where breakfast and lunch options are ample. Greatly appreciated a friendly reception facility, where check-in is the same process for VRBO customers as it is for other resort guests. Easy driving access to our meetings and other dining reservations.

Great location and amenities

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this cottage. Our two kids loved the bunk beds and the night heron pool that we had access to because of the resort privileges. We had some issues with the cottage not being cleaned when we checked in but Rand was very responsive and everything was figured out promptly. I would definitely recommend this cottage to family and friends.

This property was everything and more of what anyone could ask for. It was clean, it had everything in the kitchen that anyone could ever need. The beds were delightful. We loved the screened in porch. It will keep this property in my notes and will definitely return.

Amazing property

The location of this unit could not be any better! You truly are steps from the pools and a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. If I had to knock anything, the wi fi on our phones were not super reliable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome stay in Kiawah’s Night Heron Park

Our family of five with kids ages 3-8 enjoyed a great five night stay in Kiawah Island. This property was perfect for our family and was a very close walk to the Night Heron pool and recreation area, Nest, and to the beach. Because of all the beautiful trees the insight is a bit dark but that’s typical of many properties here because of the natural landscape. Rand was a fantastic host with close communication from booking to during the stay to immediately after. We highly recommend this property and Kiawah in general. 10/10 will be back.

Simply the BEST!

This is the best overall accommodation we have experienced on Kiawah. We've been visiting since 1990 & have stayed at Turtle Point, Turtle Cove, West beach homes, Vanderhorst, & Windswept. The check in process was seamless and the staff at check-in were polite and helpful. The cottage is in an excellent location - just a 2 minute walk to Night Heron - and a bit farther to the beach. Boardwalk 18 was about a 6 minute walk for us with towels, beach bag, & two little ones in tow. The cottage was sufficiently stocked with dishes, serving platters, utensils, and cookware. My only wish would be for some spatulas in better condition. Upon our arrival, everything was spotless and amenities were in abundance. We did request additional garbage bags for the kitchen and they were hand-delivered by resort staff within a few hours. The resort privileges were our FAVORITE! Access to the Night Heron pool - especially the kids waterpark and 2 slides - and discounts there and for Camp Kiawah served us well. We were surprised how many items were available for our use at the cottage: bikes, helmets, pool inflatables, bike pump, beach cart, sand toys, beach chairs, and more! Ive never been so pleased with a rental. It was like home away from home. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Good rental for our family’s needs.

The only thing missing was a pantry. The water heater needed an adjustment. It was taken care of quickly by housekeeping. We had 3 families renting nearby. It was great to be near the beach, pool, playground, basketball court and the Christmas parade.

Disappointing Due to Lack of Upkeep

My family was disappointed in the upkeep on this property. We encountered the following issues: 1) Lock on sLiding door to MBR deck does not work; cannot be locked. 2) Electrical outlet on left side of MBR bed was dead; repairman fixed it. 3) Electrical outlet on right side of MBR bed had no outlet plate; repairman fixed it. Photo included. image0.jpeg 4) LR ceiling fan doesn’t work; repairman said it would have to be replaced. 5) DR chair is actually splintered and quite dangerous. It looks like a dog has chewed through one of the bottom pieces. Photos included. image1.jpegimage2.jpeg 6) Front door is missing the hydraulic cylinder; door slams hard on every entrance/exit. Great Time!

We had an excellent time staying in Kiawah! This property is very close to the Night Heron Pool and activity center. The cottage is spacious and beautiful. Our two kids liked sitting on the porch for breakfast. The owner is very attentive, helpful, and informative. We rented bikes and biked the island. The outside shower was a plus (our family loves an outside shower) and a great way to keep the sand out of the house. We would definitely come back! Thank you for renting to us :)
