'This property’s location cannot be beat, you really can’t get closer to the beach entrance unless you rent an oceanfront property. The house was clean and as described. Neighborhood was beautiful. Beds were comfortable, hosts responded immediately with any questions. There were some biting gnats while we sat on the back deck, but that is to be expected with location on lagoon. We saw many birds and two different gators. We loved it and will be coming back!'

'This was a very nice property. Layout of the house was really nice and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked- nice dishes, glasses, appliances. Umbrellas , beach chairs, toys, towels provided which was so nice. Property manager was great and very attentive. I would recommend this property.'

'This was an amazing vacational rental. The entire villa was clean and beautifully decorated with attractive comfortable furniture. It has a terrific view of the golf course with just a short walking distance from the beach. The owner was very kind to check-in to see if we needed anything. 'Beware of booking through VRBO, who was just the go-between with Vacasa, another property management company, who then doubled our booking/service fees without providing any additional service. Biggest waste of $$$!! While we booked through VRBO, they immediately passed us off to Vacasa, which made it confusing in terms of who to contact with questions about the property. The several questions I asked prior to our stay received no response, except for one on the last day of our stay.'

'Lovely spot down quiet Eugenia Avenue. Comfortable beds (except the twin beds need an upgrade for adult use), nice showers, close to the beach, well-appointed kitchen. Brought back lots of memories growing up in the neighborhood.'

'Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.'
