'Our stay is an annual Falcons vs Panthers visit to Charlotte. The Hyatt House is always our only choice while visiting the Queen City. The front desk staff (Marlene) was top notch. She made us feel very welcomed to our favorite hotel. Cleanliness was definitely 10/10. Our stay is always pleasant, safety is of no concern, breakfast was great and valet’s Eddie & Jermaine awesome!
