'The staff was welcoming and always willing to help. I love the fact that they offer package collection for free and once your package they promptly call you. My only drawback, and I'm not sure if it was miscommunication, when I spoke to front desk, but I requested a wake-up call in order to get to the airport, and they never called. But I will definetly stay there again. '

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Der negativen Bewertungen wegen waren wir zunächst unsicher, ob wir uns lieber eine andere Übernachtung suchen sollten. Zum Glück haben wir nichts geändert, denn auf unserer Rundreise mit vielen Hotels war das Microtel das Beste von allen. Genau so wünscht man sich ein Hotel. 'Beautiful upscale accommodations. Within walking distance to everything you'll want to see and do. You want a view and a high level of service, then you'll pay for it. Loved the vallet setvice so quick and easy. That is the only option you have at this hotel. Downtown and Historic Annapolis are so pretty with lots of shops and eateries. Lots of taverns too if you travel with no kids. View of the Chesapeake Bay and Bridge. '

'Amazing folks who really cared. Everyone from the reception person to the person manning kitchen, they all care and work like a team. Cleanliness is amazing, and i think it's only possible coz every hotel member acts like a team. Special shoutout to Michelle from kitchen staff who helped me with the soda machine which was not working, and also let me wash my bottle in the wash basin. '
