First and most important – the place was renovated few years ago. EVERYTHING is brand new. Rooms are specious, bathrooms are huge, and have everything you need. Rooms have AC.
Property has pool, pool house, gym, tennis court, BBQ place AND gardens, endless gardens, with fruit trees, thousand-year-old olive trees, pines, oaks and etc.
You can walk gardens, enjoy weather, sunrise or sunset, it is so relaxing. It is absolutely OK...
'Onze eerste nacht hadden we een (te)kleine kamer wat de volgende dag meteen opgelost werd door Erwan met een prachtige ruime hoekkamer. Het personeel maakt dit hotel!! Of het nu Amande, Olivier, Jules, Yann, Yonnick, weet niet alle namen maar ze waren allemaal even geweldig!! De kamermeisjes behoeven misschien wat extra instructie om spullen aan te vullen en natte handdoeken uit te hangen op een droogrek.

'We had a good time here. Hotel is modern, new, comfortable and well situated. Very clean.Treinstation and Tramstation are both in walking distance of the hotel, about ten minutes. We chose to walk instead of taking the Tram, to see the sights and shopping area and this took about a half hour. The Tram will take you there faster.
Food at the hotel's restaurant Babette was good and reasonably priced. '

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very small and the shower is very small. This is a good stay for fast travellers/passers-by. Not for people who want something a little bit more comfy or luxurious. The bed was clean, the towel was not very clean, although washed, i could still see stubborn stains. The curtain in the shower had brown/yellow moldstains at feet level. The entrance to the room is not inside a hotel but outside. You can hear traffic noise, ans if you have bad neighbours that dont behave outside of the rooms then that is also noisy and disturbing.
I would recommend for someon who travels alone or with a friend for fast and cheap stay. Not for families."

"We had a great stay with our 2 daughters (2&4). The house was really clean and wall equipped (incl a nespresso coffee machine). The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. We had dinner at nice spots thanks to all their tips. We would really recommend a stay and love to visit again! "
