We stayed at Bayberry Cottage last week. The cottage was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could walk there easily. Ann and Scott were excellent hosts! Very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. It was one of the best rentals I have stayed in and will return! Thank you Ann and Scott for a lovely Cape Cod vacation!

This was a very relaxing place to vacation. Stunning views in all directions. The cottage is neat and tidy. Scott is very accommodating. Kayaking and swimming are easy and fun. Definitely plan to return!

This is the Place!

This seaside cottage was perfect for our mother/daughter’s trip! Scott and Ann’s hospitality was over the top. The location and views can’t be beat. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs and walking on the beach. You can stop your search now and book this cottage before it’s gone.

Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage was supplied with everything we needed. It was a perfect getaway to reconnect and have some much needed family time. Best rental stay

This is the second time we've stayed at the cottage. The location and views are spectacular. Right on the beach so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.Scott was a gracious host. He communicated with us before the visit, had helpful tips when we arrived, and checked in during our stay.

Location, location, location!

I cannot say enough about the location of this rental. Right on the beach, with gorgeous sunsets every night. And the proximity to downtown Chatham is great. The house is cozy, and has everything you might need for a longer stay. The owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It was a bit chilly in April, and the extra blankets came in handy. I would definitely recommend this rental.

What a spot! I would rate it higher if I could!

Absolutely gorgeous location. Amazing hosts. Great for kids, lots of creatures around at low tide. Perfectly clean house, everything in good working order. We will go back!

Fantastic Stay at the Cape!

My wife, young kids and I had an absolute blast staying at Scott’s place. Fantastic set up having a great beach right there. Perfect for traveling with kids. Great location just a few minutes from downtown Chatham. Scott was super helpful from check in to check out. He had great recommendations on where to go and what to do. We will look to make this an annual trip.

Wonderful place, wonderful cottage, and outstanding manager

This is a lovely place, very near to a very nice beach. The cottage has everything you may need. It is extremely clean and very well equiped. Scott (the owner) is a lovely person, who took care of us and was great!!! He gave us very nice tips where to go and what to do. Do not hesitate, if you wish to be in a cottage in Cape Cod...this is the place!!! we will be coming for one week during the fall...

Cozy beach cottage

Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Friends Getaway

This was an adorable little property right on the beach. It was renovated but kitchen is still dated. It IS comfortable and homey. Beds were comfy and shower was amazing. It fit our needs really well. Beautiful walks on the beach, fantastic weather and Chatham did not disappoint in charm and accessibility. We loved being here and it was charming and fun. Thank you!

a perfect Cape getaway!

Bayberry Cottage in Chatham was just perfect for us -- peaceful, just steps from the ocean, private, kayaks for the outlet areas, cozy/charming, clean, views of the water from every window, great host, convenient location to good restaurants and other beaches and walking places! We love the Cape off season with no crowds -- we often had the beach walking to ourselves! And this time we could watch the eclipse from our little cottage deck. Just perfect!!

Nice little getaway

My Husband and I wanted to enjoy a Anniversary getaway! We usually stay at a resort in Chatham, but we decided to rent a AirB&B! The location was perfect with plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the ocean. Scott couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful with our stay! Beautiful property

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing and quiet place to get away near the ocean. Bayberry cottage was perfect! The views are amazing and we loved being able to walk on the beach everyday. Scott is a wonderful host and we enjoyed chatting with him. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Perfect Fall Getaway

Ideal ocean front location. Our first time at Seaside Cottages was greeted by picture perfect ocean views, fantastic weather, fabulous sunsets and hospitable hosts Scott and Ann. Bayberry cottage is perfect for both couples and small families. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Ann even shared her last tomato harvest with us. Over 20 great hiking trails in both Chatham and adjacent town Harwich are well maintained, mostly flat terrain and all within a few miles of the cottage. Hope to return again.
