Over deze accommodatie

A Frame Farm Family House with Seasonal Pool

  • Summary:
Like all of our farm stays, escape the city in comfort at our A Frame Farm House with Seasonal Pool (shared pool is open May 1- October 1), a spacious retreat on a scenic farm 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Ideal for families, groups, or solo getaways, it offers two bedrooms, a loft, and two bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area, four queen beds, a sleeper sofa, a 55-inch TV, and a desk. Relaxation and adventure await!

    The Space:
Step outside and breathe in the fresh country air. Relax on comfortable outdoor seating, fire up the charcoal grill for a meal with a view, or gather around the fire pits for an evening under the stars. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonal saltwater pool (open May 1 - Oct 1) while soaking in the farm’s scenic beauty.

    About the Farm:
Quail Run Farm offers the best of both worlds, with peaceful countryside charm just minutes from the heart of downtown Chattanooga. This unique spot lets guests enjoy quiet mornings on the farm while still having easy access to top attractions like Rock City, Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway, and the Tennessee Aquarium. Guests staying at Quail Run have the opportunity to enjoy food raised right here. From pasture-raised eggs and grass-fed beef to house-cured bacon and seasonal specialties, every item we offer is produced with care on our land. While meals aren’t provided, guests can pre-order select farm-raised items to stock their fridge or fire up the grill for a true taste of Quail Run. Looking for an up-close look at life on the farm? Guests are welcome to book a guided tour. These casual, family-friendly experiences offer a chance to meet our animals, explore the pastures, and learn about regenerative farming practices.

If you have any questions, comments, or experience any difficulties during your stay, our team of dedicated, locally based Guest Services representatives are on-call and available to help from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm every day.

Note: The nearby chicken coop means you'll hear roosters crowing in the morning.

***We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and should not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

    Guest Access:
Your unit features a digital keypad at the front door for easy, private access — your code will be provided at check-in. The home is entirely yours during your stay.

Beyond your front door, Quail Run Farm is yours to explore. This is a working farm, so we ask that guests be mindful and follow all posted signage. Roam the grounds, sign up for a farm tour, ride the ponies, try an outdoor cooking class, or check out one of our on-site property events (fees may apply). And be sure to say hello to Sampson, our resident farm dog. He's the unofficial welcoming committee and never turns down a good scratch behind the ears!

    The Neighborhood:
Quail Run Farm is a 120-acre working regenerative farm just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Out here, rolling pastures meet views of Lookout Mountain, and the pace slows down just enough to feel like a real escape. But you're never far from the action. Downtown Chattanooga's restaurants, breweries, and attractions are a quick drive away, and outdoor adventures like hiking, rock climbing, and paddleboarding are right around the corner. Closer to home, take some time to explore the farm. It's the best of country living with city convenience just down the road.

When you're ready to venture off the farm, there's plenty happening around the area this fall. Rock City is running its Enchanted Pumpkin Patch from September 18 through October 31, with hand-carved jack-o'-lanterns lighting the gardens after dark, just a short drive up the mountain. Downtown, September brings Ironman Chattanooga, with the finish line at Ross's Landing drawing a crowd all day. Wine Over Water follows on October 10 at Renaissance Park, and World of Bluegrass takes over the city October 20–24 with showcases and a downtown festival. And the first weekend of November, Ross's Landing fills up again for Head of the Hooch, one of the largest rowing regattas in the country. Quail Run Farm is a perfect home base for all of your autumn activities!

    Getting Around:
We recommend having a car during your stay — there's plenty of parking on the property. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available in the Chattanooga area, though availability can be limited in rural areas.

The city of Chattanooga offers reasonably priced parking on the street and in several public parking lots.

A free electric shuttle bus runs between the Chattanooga Choo Choo and the Tennessee Aquarium with stops at every block. The buses run every 15 minutes, Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 10 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 11 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Bus schedules may vary, please consult the Chattanooga Area Regional Transit Authority website for the most up to date schedules.

Bike Chattanooga offers bike share rentals at 42 self-service kiosk locations all around downtown Chattanooga. With over 300 bicycles and 50 e-bikes this is a great way to explore the city. Visit Bike Chattanooga’s website to learn more.

    Other Things to Note:
We have a guardian Great Pyrenees who protects farm animals from coyotes. He is gentle with other dogs, but does like to play. If your dog is not friendly or doesn’t like to play, it’s probably not wise to bring your dog. We can’t put Sampson up because he has to guard the livestock.

We require a signed rental agreement to book.

    Please note our cancellation policy.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival and check-out is at 11:00 am on your last day. Please contact Guest Services if you would like to request a different arrangement.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

NOTE: Farms and animals are wonderful, but we are not liable for any injury or illness sustained from exploring the farm, including engaging with animals, swimming in the pool, fishing at the pond, interacting with any wildlife, or riding or operating any equipment (yours or ours).

    Interaction with Guests:
All of our units are equipped with keyless entry systems that make check-in and check-out a fully automated process. Full instructions will be provided prior to your check-in date.

If you have any questions, comments, or experience any difficulties during your stay, our team of dedicated, locally based Guest Services representatives are on-call and available to help from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm every day.

A great stay!! The property is still under construction a bit, but it was a fantastic stay nonetheless with our fur babies! We had so much fun with the chalkboards, TV, and exploring the farm resort!! There were a few technical difficulties and management was super helpful and communicative throughout in helping us figure those out. Thank you!

I contacted host prior to arrival due to poor reviews regarding cleanliness and was assured the issues had been resolved. They were not. The bathroom off the living room has electrical issues, and when I contacted the host, they advised it was a known issue, admitting it had happened before and was “weird”, and then gave instructions on how to fix it. The patio door leading out onto the back porch is in extremely poor shape, and was so hard to open, it creates a safety hazard should there be an emergency and that door was the escape route. The safety of my family was further disregarded by the “property owner” (not host), while I was away from the rental. I arrived back at the rental on 8/4 at 9:45 pm (DARK on a farm with poor outside lighting) to an unknown car parked 10 feet from the house entrance, not only causing alarm for the possibility of an intruder, but also for the safety of my grandson who is disabled. After contacting the host, it was determined the car belonged to the “owner”, who stated it was a “farm vehicle” (although it had no signage relating to Quail Run Farms), and then threatened to evict me from the property because he didn’t understand why I was “so mad” our peace of mind and security had been compromised. The owner had ample opportunity to advise me of a scheduled event (that had ended almost 2 hours prior to my return) and the possible use of the driveway, but chose to disregard my privacy and sense of security.
