'Even with the owner on property there was privacy and comfort. I enjoyed the stay and liked the fact that it was comfortable and interesting. Would return if in the area. There is a nice backyard atmosphere with colorful lighting at night. Partner enjoyed the golf game a lot! '

'Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if you’ve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in...

'Our three-day stay in Spokane was perfect. The quiet neighborhood was a true highlight, providing a peaceful escape after busy days of exploring. Its proximity to all the main attractions, including Riverfront Park and downtown, made getting around incredibly easy. The house was VERY clean and Nathan thought of every detail! We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing and accessible visit to Spokane.'

'The owner had great communication and it made checking in and out really easy. When we arrived, they had music softly playing on the tv. The area was away from road noise and was very peaceful and cozy, but it was within 15 minutes of restaurants and shopping. It was comfortable for our quick stay and we would definitely stay again. Bonus - it had a wheat field across the road with a beautiful sunrise every morning.'

'We had a great time!! they had AC and a fan in the bedroom. Caught a couple fish off the dock I bought my own poles but they had some there if you wanted to fish they also had some floating toys lots of outside chairs,bbq, there's sand on the beach. We also rented a pawntoon for 2 and did some morning fishing. Wasn't to far from the casino we also went to silverwood for the day was the perfect spot.Enjoyed the sunset's and sunrise '

The home was designed for peace and tranquility as well as comfort throughout.Each room in the house was designed well for functionality and ease of use. 'This was a nice home with many personal touches. Well stocked and very thoughtful hosts. It was quite clean and quiet. The spiral stairs were just as pictured - narrow but manageable. I would recommend adding interior locks to the access doors from the garage/barn to give guests even more peace of mind.'

"Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. "

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
