'Wonderful cottage in a quiet neighborhood on a nice little lake. It is a great setting and was perfect for us to decompress after spending holiday festivities with family. Greg was great to work with and provided all the communication needed to be prepared for the cottage. We are looking to book again due to the proximity to the coast, shopping and restaurants!'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia house. It was convenient to where we needed to be in doing college visits and only a 15 min walk from the T when needed and 15 min from there to downtown Boston. The property was very clean, organized, and provided all the basic necessities like sugar, salt/pepper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper as well as a gourmet coffee and tea station. Laundry with both washer and dryer with dryer sheets and detergent made it so homey....

'My whole family loved our stay here. Kids 5, 6, and 15. It's beautiful, comfortable and clean! The front porch was great to sit in the sun. 'The accuracy of this listing was correct. There are some steep stairs going to the 2nd floor. The main living space has enough room to seat 6 comfortably and there is also a large ottoman. The floors are hardwood, tile and laminate and can be a little slippery at times when wearing socks. The main room and large main level bedroom also have a rug in the center. The large bedroom which has 2 queen beds is a great space for a family. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bedding was good....
