Clean, comfortable, a little dated in its room style, but usually without any issues. When I have had issues, they have always been settled to my satisfaction.'

'Only complaint with 3 guests booked there was only one wash cloth provided one roll of toilet paper and one blanket for pull out bed no sheets other than that it was a good convenient place to stay '

One negative is no elevator and we were on second floor so had to carry luggage up stairs which for us ok but others may not like that. Staff was kind and friendly. 'Excellent property luxurious spotless with great service. Bellman and check in with Darlene went smoothly. One small problem. We asked to extend our stay one day. They agreed and said the price would be the same. The next day the bill was $200 more. I spoke with the manager and he immediately corrected the bill and to apologize gave us a breakfast coupon. Beautifully handled and much appreciated. Great hotel with lots to do in the area.'
