'Staff was rude, not helpful at all, had an attitude until the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Front desk person had no clue if they had lids for the ice buckets at first then turned around and said they don't provide them How nasty is that to not have something covering ice that goes into your mouth or something you want to drink I'm handicapped and need to take medicine twice a day with 6 oz of milk Every other hotel I have stayed in and no issue providing me that since they...

The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon.
