'The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

'Ad was very misleading for "Airport Lodge". It was nothing but a basement apartment in a back alley. We never received any information on this reservation pertaining to the access code. We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access. We are senior citizens and there was no way we could have treked our baggage that distance. We had to find a place more accessible for us and asked...

'The location and ease of getting in to the property was great, and perfect if just needing somewhere to sleep. However, this is a basement apartment that is very dark with little natural light, so not somewhere to hang out at during the day. Also, would recommend installing a microwave so that food can be heated/ reheated. Overall very clean and neat. Communication with host was excellent and would definitely consider staying again'

'Loved this rental. Bed was comfy with extra blankets and pillows easily found. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and spices and all the cooking gear needed. The location was incredibly close to the Met and a mile to Temple University. The rooftop view was gorgeous and had lots of seating options. I suggest requesting the parking option from the hosts, it makes life so much easier. House was clean and comfy and so safe. '
