'Good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not eat breakfast, so I cannot comment on that'

'Clean, roomy, helpful staff, good breakfast'

'We had a lovely experience. The grounds and the upstairs balcony in the Composer House were perfect.'

'Good location'

'Love the tea and cookies at check in plus the free breakfast and staff are all very friendly'

'charming, clean, and so close to the IU campus. I will stay again in the near future.'

'easy check in, almost everything is in walking distance. The new restaurant/bar is very nice with live music!'

'I like the property overall, water level in toilet was low, so you had to flush at least twice. Also, electric outlets are worn and need replacing. I didn’t like the coffee, Nescafé!'

They knew three people would be in the room but there were only the standard 2 sets of different sized towels waiting. And the staff member I saw...

'When I checked in, the first room had a loud knocking noise coming from the bathroom. I went downstairs. The girl was very nice. She gave me another room. I went all the way upstairs and walked in the room and the toilet was running, and the handle was broken on it. I think I’m on the phone and called the girl who was very nice. She brought me up new keys for another room. Until I got back about 11 PM and was chilly and turned on the heat and the whole room smelled like it was going to burn down...
