'My suite was very spacious and well designed, but I especially loved the surroundings. The grounds are beautiful and make an excellent place for a short walk. It also feels sheltered from the rest of the world--town is close, but it seems like you are far away in a pleasant little town.'

I was given a canister of shampoo, but could not attach it to the wall in the shower. There was no soap dish in the shower, so I had to rest the shampoo and the soap on the floor. I went downstairs to the lobby for coffee and the urn was empty. Very disappointed.'

'We stayed at the Showers Inn on June 15, 2026. We arrived late but they had a note how to access our room. The parking was adequate, always a concern at a B&B in a residential neighborhood. The room was pleasant and comfortable. In fact, we thought highly of the room accommodations. At breakfast the next morning was when our stay turned bad. We went to the main floor of the main building of the Inn. There wasn't any food to be had. Nor were there any employees to discuss the breakfast situation...

'Two rooms did not have a working shower and one smelled awful from mold and mildew. Carpet stains everywhere. Sine they could not find a functioning room for us we left for another hotel. Don't think twice, skip this one.'

'The hotel, room, and staff were all good. The best part of this hotel was how calm and quiet our room was. We weren't the only people at the hotel, but perhaps we were the only ones on the third floor. I'm not sure, but either way I appreciated the peace and quiet. Now onto the bad part. This hotel must have previously been a smokers hotel, because the entire building reeks of tobacco smoke. 'Totally enjoyed this hotel. Very convenient and clean and secure. Got a room right next to end doors so very easy going and coming. Only issue was the people above us for the first couple nights. A child kept running and jumping around and heavy walking but stopped around midnight so could have been worse.'
