'location was the best thing for me. I love to walk. it was close to all the shopping area. the downside was no continental breakfast and not a lot of restaurants within a 10 mile radius. Our room didn't come with a microwave, but when we asked for one it was given to us at no additional charge. overall it was a good experience and i would recommend it to others.'

'The bathroom door was real bad shape. Falling apart. The room was average at best , could use updates including painting and drywall repair. Looking out the sliding glass doors the area beneath needed some upkeep. Restaurant being closed until Thursday should have been noted before I committed to the room.'

'Good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not eat breakfast, so I cannot comment on that'

'Parkeren was vlak voor de deur, dus makkelijk. De Sweet suite was ruim voor 2 personen. Reden voor 4 sterren bij accommodatie: suites zijn niet toegankelijk voor minder validen vanwege de vele trapjes. Wel heel gezellig! '

'Clean, roomy, helpful staff, good breakfast'

'Everything was clean and comfortable.'

'Het gebouw is oud, maar schoon en comfortabel. Het ligt buiten de bebouwde kom aan de Interstate 67. Hierdoor gemakkelijk aan- en afrijden, maar tot vrij laat nog verkeer voor je deur langs. Eigenaar woont in het motel waardoor 24/7 toezicht. Dat voelt veilig. WiFi is niet altijd stabiel. '

'charming, clean, and so close to the IU campus. I will stay again in the near future.'

'The staff were kind, and the place was clean and managed well, especially for the price bracket I was looking for. However, it is a cheaper option for a reason. The TV was glitchy. There were only two pillows to each queen bed, and though they were soft they were divided between three of us and they flattened so much it was less than comfortable. They knew three people would be in the room but there were only the standard 2 sets of different sized towels waiting. And the staff member I saw...

'When I checked in, the first room had a loud knocking noise coming from the bathroom. I went downstairs. The girl was very nice. She gave me another room. I went all the way upstairs and walked in the room and the toilet was running, and the handle was broken on it. I think I’m on the phone and called the girl who was very nice. She brought me up new keys for another room. Until I got back about 11 PM and was chilly and turned on the heat and the whole room smelled like it was going to burn down...

'Well there was somebody there at check-in I gave him my credit card asked for receipt to be texted and never received it. The carpet in our unit was horrible! The curtains were falling down. Water leaked out of the shower. They said they were open from 7 to 11 for coffee nobody was there. No instructions were to leave the key when you left.'

'Great location, recently updated, great price!'
