'It was clean'

'Pool was broken, looked like for a long time.. didnt seem like a plan was inplace to get it working.. there was a $100 deposit that was not stated before or at the time of booking, carpet in room made feet and socks black/dirty, showers drain did not drain quickly, the tub filler/over head water selector was broken and shower head was spraying everywhere. Smelly room from neighbors pot smoking.'

'Hotel is a little on the dated side. It could use a refreshing but the room was clean and comfortable. Stayed there the night before we left to be close to BWI airport. Staff was friendly. Shuttle service was very good. Breakfast was decent but they need to get away from the instant coffee packets. A couple of eating options relatively close by (McDonalds down the street, kabob place next door, Chipotle and a Dunkin Donuts about a 15 minute walk away). Good for a night or so for people...

'The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.'

'The bathroom was not properly ventilated and the reception staff was not welcoming.'

'Lobby seating shares sofas were stained. Breakfast area need attendants to keep the counters clean. No Fritos granola for yogurt. No oatmeal. Desk clerks were very nice. My room was clean but they didn’t have complimentary water in the room. I had to ask the desk clerk for the complimentary water.'

'The personal are professional and approachable. If they don’t have the answers they will return with an answer. The exercise room is cool and pleasant. Diane the hotel representative is so kind, special, and accommodating. The housekeepers will also accommodating. The added bonus here is security at night and it’s affordable. Love the beautiful pictures of Baltimore and all across MD in our room.'

'Stayed for a cheer competition did the job and was a clean hotel and a newer establishment .'

'The room was not cleaned. One of the beds had stain on it and the sheets were wrinkles as someone slept on it. Told the front desk at 10 PM, they came up replaced sheets and pillow cases at 10:30 PM after call them again. No apologies from the front desk or hotel manager. When I complained , they waived the parking fee 10 dollars. They treated the complaint as no big deal. Called expedia and complained for the compensation, and waiting for compensation confirmation.'

'I was there 7 days and my room was "barely" cleaned once. I asked every single day and they said it would be done and it never was when we returned in the evening time. The one time it was, they didnt even sweep or vacuum the floors. Basically the beds were made and new towels left. They claim that it is done "every other day" but that was NOT the case for us. Kitchen area is minimally stocked with cooking items - 1 small pot and a pan. The people at the front desk during the day time...

'The staff were friendly but the restaurant is severely understaffed. I was unable to have dinner there because I was told that there was only 1 server and the kitchen is backed up and that my wait time would be over 45 minutes. In addition to this there was only 1 working elevator which meant terribly long lines and long waits to navigate the hotel. I think that the management is poor and the guests are suffering due to this. The rooms were OK but definitely needs updating especially in the...
