'We are from Florida and have family in the Liverpool area. We love Chester and have stayed in Chester several times. This house was the most outstanding of any we have stayed in so far. It is beautifully put together, we loved the location and the owners were very easy to work with and they met us onsite to introduce us to the house. Our teen children really loved it, too. It's also just a bit off the main streets so you don't have a lot of noise at night. The Grosvenor park is down the street...

'Great property. When we ran into troubles with the hot tub the owner was super responsive. The only downside was that there were only 2 towels so I recommend taking towels for the hot tub if you plan to use it.'

'We used Stonewood as a stopping off point on our way home from our holiday on the south coast. Cannot fault it at all. The little things like milk, chilled bottled water, tea and toiletries were most welcome after a long drive. Very well looked after lodge and in a great location in an area that we love.'
