'Very comfortable rockers and Adirondack chairs make it easy to relax and enjoy the lake view. Our bed was comfortable, and Nile supplied all we needed with linens and soaps. We appreciated all the space and large dining table. Lake is beautiful. Very enjoyable stay. Exceptional communication with our host. '

'Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed a week in Guilford. The children safely played in the yard and rode their push bikes in the driveway. The privacy and views were excellent. The house easily provided ample space for us all. We walked to the beach and enjoyed playing in the sand and running in the splash pad. Mystic Aquarium and Hamonassett State Park were easy car rides. 'The house was beautiful, well equipped with the essential for an home away from home. The location was easy to get to and is in a nice neighborhood that is near great restaurants a few within a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, in our beach chairs, we personally don’t feel comfortable in adirondack chairs as we’re bigger and always feel like we might break them. To our pleasant surprise there were fireflies in the neighbors yard, and we really enjoyed seeing the ocean...

'Two words perfectly describe this property. Charm and Character seasoned with history. It is a comfortable place to be, and you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was just what our group of 7 needed. Be sure to look at the painted door in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make a feast. On Christmas day we cooked a 15lb stuffed turkey with 4 side dishes, gravy, and an apple crumble. We could've done a pie but nobody wanted to...

'A nice long weekend beach getaway with family. House had everything we needed, was very clean and neat and everyone had their own space too. Our host was very responsive when I messaged him.
