'Lekkere plek, super personeel; vriendelijk, humor. Heerlijk ontbijt, mooi zwembad.'

'Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

We hadden...

'Great rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, and you cannot be more centrally located. Just a wonderful place to stay.'

Kortom alles was top. '

'Unfriendly staff, no airco in bedroom, a tiny shower where we could hardly move. Nice pool. Not a quiet location- next to road.'

'Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Would highly recommend.'

'Prachtige plek in de heuvels. 10 minuten van Florence. Het appartement was zeer idyllisch echt uniek. Heerlijk ontbijt onder de olijfbomen. '

'Loved our stay here! Even though it was off season, we got the full experience including the spa and fresh breakfast! Wonderfull view and scenery around the hotel.'

'We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free.'

Gewoonweg perfecte locatie. Zal er zeker nog vaker teruggaan.'

'Netjes, schoon , gewoon prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding'

'There was a bad smell in the room. '

'Positive - walking distance and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence, including close to the train station. Our room was spacious, we had 2 floors, with the main bedroom downstairs and our children slept upstairs. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast included in our stay at a stunning restaurant close to the apartment. Negative - Cleaning of the room everyday was not included during our stay (surcharge) Not enough storage/shelving for our clothes/...
