'The property of phenomenal and all local. The rooms are fantastic and the views are to die for. The breakfast is fresh and local. I just cant describe how amazing this place is. Silvia is very kind, amazing, and attentive, it really feel like home . Hugo (the dog) is a very sweet boy too.'

'Desde el inicio de mi llegada, todo fue mal. Las personas a cargo no son amables, no les interesa atender bien a los clientes. Este hotel no debería estar en Expedía. Tuve que cambiarme a Social Hub y fue como llegar del infierno al cielo. Es la peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido en mi vida. Muy desagradable en todos los aspectos. Y además no me reembolsaron mi pago y me hicieron pagar 2 botellas de agua. Horrible lugar y las personas que lo atienden son nefastas. '

'Excelente hotel, con vistas espectaculares y personal muy amable, sobre todo en el front desk que nos ayudó con diversas dudas y también en los restaurantes. Disfrutamos de alimentos de la región de Excelente calidad en todo momento. Ingresamos a la cata de vinos donde nos explicaron de los vinos de su producción que nos gustaron y compramos. También realizamos el hiking de la propiedad muy agradable, un lugar ideal para disfrutar y descansar con vistas inigualables! '

'I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel ! While the nature and property were stunning and the villas were generously sized the cleanliness and staff helpfulness was very poor .there were very large bugs in the shower and tons of dust below the beds and one of our beds was not made at all .we only received one tiny bar of hand soap for a 3 bedroom ,6 ppl villa and when we ask for toiletries and extra toilet paper we received only 2 sets of shampoo and shower gel as a one time courtesy , any more...
