La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena, todo se encuentra muy cerca o a pocos minutos de distancia. A mejorar, es el servicio de limpieza, llegan a tu habitación sin tocar y desde las 7:30 am, lo cual, considero una falta de respeto y consideración a los huéspedes. Lo que en definitiva nos desagrado fue que cuando llegamos NUNCA nos mencionaron que te cargarían una tarifa por uso de "instalaciones" la cual es de 25 DLLS por día, que incluye según ellos, el poder usar el WiFi (que ni nos conectamos) el gimnasio (que ni usamos) y 10DLLS "reembolsables" en su bar. Todo eso ya nos lo mencionaron al check out, lo cual, se me hace un robo. Porque en ningún apartado se menciona esa parte. Se menciona solo los TAXES que debes cubrir por el estado pero no por el "uso" del hotel.

It was a great stay - staff was so nice. I am only giving it 4 stars because there was a lot of construction. It was difficult for ride share drivers to find the location.

Have been a customer for 20 years regularly; I do NOT appreciate "urban convenience fee" or whatever it is called tagged on unexpectedly to a promotion they sent out. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by booking directly and yet they still tagged on the fee (and then didn't apply any of the "benefits" to the final bill anyways!) Ridiculous

The doormen and valet. The manager and staff all were wonderful and welcoming. They had the amazing gift of acknowledging us and saying Happy Birthday every time they saw us. Gave us directions to train, food and nearby attractions. We had several suites and a very large group. Everyone complemented how the hotel and staff made the experience that more special.

When my husband brought a concern to the front desk staff’s attention, it was acknowledged and rectified promptly. All other staff were similarly courteous and professional. The bar/cafe in the lobby was a convenient spot to enjoy breakfasts and simple and delicious lunches suppers.

My kids loved it here. Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. This place was kid friendly. The staff were very kind and helpful. There were a lot of food places around in the area if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t have a mini refrigerator. Our 4 boys had extra food and beverages with nowhere to put it to stay cold. It would have been convenient to have one. They also don’t have microwaves in the room, you’ll have to ask for one. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel for families. I was a great stay and I’ll take my family here again.

The hotel as a very good location, the room is clean and spacious . I was very happy to stay there for 3 nights with my family. But I was very disappointed with the hotel’s lost and found department,My kids left their Starbucks gifts sets in their room and forgot to take them when we checked out on last Saturday March 23th, and I was call the hotel lost and found twice on Monday, they told me they didn’t find anything in the room. My kids very upset that they lose their special gifts from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery store which spent me 189 dollars.
