Servicio de Recepción nefasto!!! No solo no realizan la limpieza cada dos días, sino que cuando les pides explicaciones, te hablan mal y poco más. Qué fácil hubiera sido que se disculpasen, ofrecieran unas toallas limpias o papel higiénico y nos asegurasen que al día siguiente se realizaría la limpieza. Nunca me había sentido tan maltratada en un hotel. Muy mal Neiga, tu sentido del servicio deja mucho que desear.

Hola, lamento la confusión, pero puedo volver a explicar por qué se omitió su servicio en el día programado. Desafortunadamente, tenía un letrero de "no molestar" en su puerta mientras el servicio de limpieza estaba atendiendo las habitaciones. Respetamos mucho su privacidad y comodidad y, según nuestra política, nuestro personal no puede llamar a su puerta ni llamar a su habitación mientras se muestra el letrero. Nuestro equipo de recepción se disculpó enormemente, preguntó si había algo que pudiéramos proporcionar para su habitación esa noche y se aseguró de que le atendieran al día siguiente. Nuevamente, lamento el contratiempo relacionado con la limpieza, pero hicimos todo lo posible para intentar compensar la confusión con respecto a nuestra política de "no molestar". Esperamos que nos visite nuevamente en el futuro.

Justin at the front desk was so kind and hospitable. I had a really nice stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only gripe was that someone in the room across from mine was screaming, and I SCREAMING about who knows what. He was screaming about someone getting "so fired" and even about dying. This was shortly after I checked in. That made me uneasy to the point of making me do sit in the dining area for a little while before I headed out to my event for the evening.

I like that the room has microwave and utensils you can use throughout the stay especially because we have a toddler.

Nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. Walkable to many locations in downtown. Breakfast line could be long and with simple choices. Parking nearby with app would give you the best deal. Staff are helpful and friendly.

All around average. Our room had some basic maintenance requirements, nothing major but just tired and not maintained well. Example - bathroom door lock. The bedding and pillows were old and tired. The mattress was a bit saggy in the middle. The main issue though was the lack of servicing the room - we were of the understanding that the room would be serviced every other day, but ours was only done Once in 9 days. We had to go to reception to get toilet paper multiple times due to this lack of room servicing. We mentioned this twice to guest services and nothing was done to remedy, all we were told was that it would be fed back to housekeeping.

It is a clean hotel with visible relative new infrastructure. Room is spacious. I didn't like that doors are too heavy and you could hear now and then guests slamming the doors. Not good. The sheets are not cotton so be prepared to see some sort of attached fluffs on them. They're clean but those things give a certain worry. Location is excellent. There are many options around to eatx coffee, drinks, and even grocery shopping. Forget about breakfast option. Do not take it if you have the option. It is ok for one or two days but more than that... horrible. All is the same. If there were at least good coffee, then it'd make a difference. Sometimes there is no even hot water. If you are a business person, traveling for a task, it is a good hotel. If your family is with small kids...not a good idea. The concierge system to get in is kind of different from the norm so it doesn't make the hotel "cozy" so to speak. Staff is courteous though and ready to help, specially at the front desk. All in all, I rate the hotel with a hard 3.9 stars

The rooms are small but very charming and equipped with a kitchenette and a sofa/bed. If you are a mother or you are spending more than 2 days, this is super valuable, the price is affordable, the breakfast was good, value for money, I will return.

Great stay. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and had no problems at all. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We had no problems with the water temperature. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping has to be requested.

Need to invest in new bedding. Sheets and blankets were old, ripped and stained. Breakfast needs to be managed better. We got down there about 8, no bananas. No silverware and just garbage around.

During breakfast hours, it tends to get pretty busy, which is why we highly advise our guest to come down early to beat the crowd. Everything was wonderful except for breakfast; I stay in hotels year round and I have never seen breakfast so crowded. Even so, eating there was not an option. One day I couldn’t even get coffee. I realize it was crowded but still … no breakfast at all when it should be included is unsatisfactory.
