'This is a cute, nicely renovated, roomy, detached cottage set in the middle of a fruit orchard. It was sparkling clean and very quiet which is just how we like it. We were charmed by the orange trees over the patio and at the front door. Despite the bucolic setting, we found it was just a few minutes drive to downtown Chico to restaurants and stores. The hosts were very responsive to any communication and provided clear instructions for checking in and out.'

'A very cute, well decorated and furnished apartment. My wife and I stayed for 2 days visiting Chico and were able to walk to shops and restaurants in town. On site parking was convenient, and this place made our visit very comfortable. Will stay again the next time we come to Chico!'

'Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!'

'My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. Location was excellent for walking to campus and into town. Property owner was kind and helpful. If my daughter chooses Chico, my husband and I will definitely stay here when we visit our girl. 'Our family of 4 stayed at the cottage. The were thoughtful touches around the house, like charge cords by the beds and in the kitchen. The peacocks were fun to see - our kids loved watching them from back window. This is a dog friendly home, and we did find dog hair in the coach, on a few blankets and on our clothes after sitting on the coach. Not a big deal to us, but some might mind. Overall we had a great stay :)'
