'Sarah and her son were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely cottage in a great setting too. Good size and dog/family friendly. Comfy bed & sofa & the equipped kitchen was handy. Would certainly stay again!'

'Lovely little cottage with a nice garden at a perfect spot in downtown Tenterden. Very friendly reception at arrival of owner Julia. The kitchen was beautifully updated and very well equipped incl. Nespresso coffee machine. House was spotless clean. Good and a bit firm beds and great bathroom. Good pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, e.g. The Vine, The White Lion, Montalbano, The Woolpack and for great afternoon tea and/or lunch Peggotty’s. In short: stay at Julia’s! '

'Nice place, perfect for a weekend. Good decor and in good condition. Confusion on whether a parking permit needed displaying (it didn’t) so waster about 30 mins trying to get past the Vrbo bots. Once we got a human all was cleared up. However it would be good if the manual were to be updated. Bed comfy. Seating for the dressing table to do makeup was a kind of beanbag which was a struggle and the lighting was tricky as there was very little natural light in the bedroom. Kitchen well equipped...

'We (six adults and three small kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. Good amenities in the cottage, ample space for sleeping, playing and eating and great surroundings. An ideal place for a family outing.'

'We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. '
