'Loved the family atmosphere, Japanese breakfast, ramen snack at night, clean rooms, free popsicles, AND MASSAGE CHAIRS were amazing! Unfortunately I couldn’t use the onsen because if tattoos but many persons young and old were utilizing them. Customer service of the staff was 10/10. Hotel is very close to many of the POIs Asukasa had to offer. My only issue was the dryers taking long to dry clothes, so guests were lined up to do their drying late into the night. Would absolutely stay here...

'They dropped off fresh towels every morning even though we didn’t want our room cleaned everyday. The bed was a little too hard for my liking but I survived the week. Loved the hot and cold tea they had in the lobby daily and the “community” umbrella stand outside…. It held up a lot better than my flimsy travel one. We only ate breakfast there twice bc it was included. Just an FYI… their western breakfast “French toast” is more like a garlic bread with marinara sauce 😬 but my picky 16 yr old...
