'I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. Therefore, I spent the whole trip going down to the second floor then taking the stairs from the second floor to the first floor running over to the elevator so I could bring my family down which was super inconvenient. 'It was a cute cabin! But the shower was extremely small. And I would have given a higher rating in cleanliness but the shower had hair on the wall and one of the night stand drawers had rose petals all in it. As well as checking in two other families complained about hair on the wall and sand all over the floor. Other than that it was super cute! '
