'The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful.'

'There was no breakfast available. There's also no pool or hot tub. It was a great room and stay, especially for the price. It's in a quiet location, as well. It seems like they're making improvements, which is good.'

'Breakfast was a let down, found two bugs in the room, you can hear a pen drop in the hallways from your room and the whole hotel smells like cat pee. Had better experiences at motels. Save your money'

'Our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn was average. The hotel was clean and looked fairly new and well-kept. The front desk staff were not the most helpful or friendly. We aren’t hard to please but they were far from what you expect. We asked about an exit at the rear of the hotel and not much information was given. No mention of “breakfast begins at 6, your room number is 500, etc etc” the breakfast was mediocre and we aren’t food snobs. No soap in the shower and limited number of towels....

'The staff were the sweetest. I had a layover at DFW (cancelled flight) and check in was so easy after all the stress I went through. I can’t remember the staff member that was there that night but she was AMAZING! '
