'We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. '

'Worst experience ever. All the elevators were out during our stay and we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. For a 65 yr old women 4 flights of stairs was a lot. Once in my room I felt like I was held captive be because the stairs were too much physical activity. No apology, no compensation nothing was offered for our inconvenience. Never again. '

'Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. Elevator was not in service for longer than 24 hours. Multiple trips up/down the stairs with luggage were difficult for me having had a recent knee replacement and both me and my Husband's ages over 65. No other elevators or accommodations were made avaliable. Communication about when the elevator would be fixed were poor.'

'The property was well located with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Rooms were economically priced and property was in perfect shape.'

'The location was great and the room was clean, but as soon as we walked in, there was a strong musty smell. Fortunately, we quickly noticed that the bathroom sink was missing its drain stopper, so we were given a different room. However, the new room also had a musty smell, although it was less noticeable than in the first one. The air conditioning was also much too loud for our liking. We won’t be staying here again.'

'There was no breakfast available. There's also no pool or hot tub. It was a great room and stay, especially for the price. It's in a quiet location, as well. It seems like they're making improvements, which is good.'
