'I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, showing little to no interest in helping. Simple requests were ignored or not addressed at all, which made the entire situation frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.'

'The tv didnt work. The wifi didnt work . I called down to the man at the front desk and he said there is no code for the wifi. Well wifi never work . Went down in the am to look for some food and the morning guy gave me the wifi code. So the 1st guy just lied. Than i told morning shift the tv didnt work and he said he would send someone to fix it. Well that never happened . One of my worst stays ever '
