'Everything was as good or better than expected.'

'The room was very well cleaned. Bathrooms were nice and tidy. We booked the VIP room with the jacuzzi but it was disappointing as the jets on the hot tub didn’t work well. Besides that everything else was amazing and worth it.'

'The bar was not well stocked. The bartender was a great bartender though. They still have lots of construction going on around the area so it wasn’t super easy finding the way to get into the parking lot. The place was super clean but it is a brand new hotel. Hopefully it stays at clean all the time.'

'Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the...

'Booked double queen room. Beds appeared to only be full size ? Mattresses need replaced support worn out on sides near center night stand. Room 217 floor has soft spots along one side of bed. Appears tried covering it up by putting sitting chair over the spots. Refrigerator was not cold. Set on 7 out of 8 scale. Turned it to full/ 8 cold setting to get it to feel cold. Positives breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful'
