'Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, right next to a subway station and walking distance from Myeong-dong. Huge room, lots of space for sitting, unpacking and some closet space too. Bathroom straight from a magazine. Daily complementary water, tea and coffee. Very helpful staff. Some small cons The hotelroom is fully carpeted (apart from the bathroom) which is, especially being a pet-friendly hotel... a choice. The room was also very warm. Aircon wouldn't go below 23 degrees C....

'This hotel was probably very good in the 90s. It needs a massive renovation . Couch was old and very dirty, parts of the furniture were falling apart. It doesn’t deserve its 4 star classification (anymore) . Apart from this , we found the service very bad.
