'Excellent hotel well located in Seoul. A large bedroom with comfy beds and good bathroom. The plus is the open, kitchen freely available all day (anytime), with noodles, eggs, bread, jam, coffee/tea that was super useful.

'I and my family are widely travelled - this Hotel surpassed any expectations we had and as usual it is the people that make a difference. The room is what we would expect from a hotel of this class for what we paid - what you cannot buy is attention to detail and the unbridled feel that the staff are actually interested in making your stay memorable - kudos to management- whatever you are doing is working!! The hotelroom is fully carpeted (apart from the bathroom) which is, especially being a pet-friendly hotel... a choice.
The room was also very warm. Aircon wouldn't go below 23 degrees C....

Also, the restaurant is excellent! We enjoyed a Korean breakfast one day, and lunch on another day. Both were beautifully prepared and service was helpful and fun.
The only issue with the hotel was not being able to check in early. Our flight was arriving at 3:30 AM so we knew we would be at the Hotel by 5:00 AM. We e-mailed in advance...

'Shopping is very convenient and transportation is easy too. Lots of street food few steps away from the hotel and lots of good find restaurants. The staff are nice, specially Jun, who catered all our needs and responded quickly. He even had us checked in early when we told him
Our flight was at 2am and did not get enough sleep and that we are very tired from our travel. The room was small but clean and the bed was really comfy and soft. Would definitely stay here again next time :)'

'This hotel was probably very good in the 90s. It needs a massive renovation . Couch was old and very dirty, parts of the furniture were falling apart.
It doesn’t deserve its 4 star classification (anymore) .
Apart from this , we found the service very bad. The only person who was friendly / attentive was the lovely cleaning lady responsible for our room.
Breakfast is supposed to last until 10am , but at 9:45 they were already insisting with us (we have 2 young kids ) to leave the restaurant so...

"De locatie van dit hotel in de wijk Myeongdong is ideaal. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van 3 verschillende metrostations. Tevens halte van Airport Limousine Bus lijn 6015 aan de overkant van de avenue. Tevens zijn de wijken Myeongdong en Insadong op maximaal 10 minuten loopafstand. Het hotel zelf is van goede kwaliteit. Ruime en schone kamer, fijn bed en nette badkamer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijtruimte is op de bovenste verdieping, maar hier hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. "

Punt van aandacht vind ik de onhandige lichtschakelingen aan één kant van het bed. Er ontbreekt een nachtverlichting en de hoofdverlichting gaat alleen uit met de hoofdschakelaar. Het is niet mogelijk om het leeslampje uit te doen zonder het bed te verlaten. Maar al met al een prima ervaring."
"Top locatie! Airportbus stopt vlakbij. Heel veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Als je van shopping houdt dan moet je zeker hier zijn.

"It’s a relatively okay place to stay. The location is great and the staff is great. They have some great amenities at the hotel like a WOW pass machine and washing machine and dryer, microwave as well a gym.
The location is also great. Near City Hall stop and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby including a 7eleven and Olive and Young.
The breakfast is okay. Not a lot of variation and could off a wee bit more variety.
The cleaning is also just okay. They make the beds and refill toilet paper as well as fresh towels however there is visible molding under the rim of the sink and no toilet brush which can be inconvenient.
