We are located 15 minutes outside of Christchurch’s city centre. Christchurch is the largest city on New Zealand’s South Island, and is an international destination that uniquely combines urban regeneration with heritage, culture, and endless adventure!
We are situated in Prebbleton, a suburb southwest of Christchurch. This area is central and easily accessible to numerous wedding venues, gardens, wineries, and nature preserves.
You’ll never run out of things to do and see!
There are parking spaces for 3 cars in our driveway.
Our neighbourhood is walkable, however, a car would be easiest to get around. Uber and taxis are available for hire.
There is public transit that runs right through Prebbleton. The bus line is the 81 Lincoln/City direct, and runs from the city centre to the suburb of Lincoln.

1. The most important rule. Have fun!
2. You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
3. Checking in and out.
Check-in at 4 pm unless arranged prior
Check-out at 10 am unless arranged prior
Any deviation from this is by request only in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Unapproved late check-outs and check-ins will be charged $100/hour.
4. During your stay, only the number of guests confirmed at the time of your booking are permitted to stay. If you bring more people than agreed upon in your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund and / or charged an extra $70 per person per night.
5. The booker or primary guest must be 25+ .
6. Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and any other person or animal, the homeowners are not liable. Any damage caused by your pets inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee plus all replacement costs for any further damages.
7. Quiet hours
10:00 pm - 8:00 am. No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. As we are in a residential complex, guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours.
8. Parking
There should be enough parking for two cars in the front of the house and one on the side of the garage. If parking off street, please do not park on neighbour’s lawn or on ours.
9. No parties or events and no commercial photography. Only pre-approved gatherings are permitted.
10. Smoking, Vaping and Drugs
Smoking including vaping is NOT allowed inside and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted in the property. Any damage caused by these actions will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee plus all the replacement costs of any other further damages.
11. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the property, including linens, and living & kitchen furnishings, is not permitted and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.
12. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Should any damage occur, please notify the hosts immediately. Any damage to any items at the property, including couches, chairs, tables, wall arts, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure.
13. Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it`s urgent ( water leakage, blocked sewer, broken windows/doors, empty gas bottles for cooking). If something is broken or not working ( dishwasher, microwave, massage chair etc) please let us know! We will repair/replace after your stay. Any minor issues e.g. ice water dispenser or arcade is not working, please message us. We will be happy to assist you.
14. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, as well as loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
15. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest:
-Please empty the fridge and put your rubbish / recycling in their designated bins which are normally on the side or back of the property.
-Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run.
-Please leave sheets and comforters on the beds.
-Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.
16. If you think you cannot honour these rules, we ask you not to book.
