Nu verkrijgbaar na orkaan Maria - villa is pas geschilderd en beter dan ooit! Ligt hoog op een bergkam bovenkant langs schilderachtige weg op St. Croix de prestigieuze North Shore zit Brimstage Estate, vernoemd naar een schilderachtig dorpje gelegen in het noordwesten van Engeland (de eigenaren ouders zijn de Heer en Vrouwe van de Manor Brimstage.) De 3 slaapkamer / 2. 5 bad villa heeft 180 graden uitzicht op St Croix die zich uitstrekken van het noorden naar het zuiden kust en op te nemen; de Amerikaanse en Britse Maagdeneilanden, Salt River, Buck Island, Green Cay, en Christiansted.

Het zwembad met swim-up bar bij het zwembad en buitenkeuken bieden een ideale plek om 's middags een cocktail en hamburgers op de grill te genieten of misschien wel het einde van uw avond in de hot tub een glaasje champagne als je blik uit op de twinkelende lichtjes van Christiansted' s nachts en de miljoen dollar uitzicht.

Ideaal gelegen op het oosten deze charmante Caribische villa maakt volledig gebruik van de constante passaatwinden. De belangrijkste villa bestaat uit een open woon / eetkamer, keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer, en een half bad. Er zijn 20 voet balkenplafond en mooie keramische vloeren. Stap door de dubbele openslaande deuren naar de wraparound gebogen galerie die een eettafel en zithoek, evenals schaduwrijke hangmat heeft. Net buiten de grote patio naast het zwembad, buitenkeuken en hot tub is de aparte Caribische thema gast slaapvertrekken met een groot eigen terras. De twee slaapkamers hebben een eigen ingang en delen een gemeenschappelijke badkamer. Een van de slaapkamers heeft een queen size bed en de andere heeft twee queen size bedden. Onder de gasten slaapvertrekken is het kantoor met een eigen terras en is uitgerust met breedband internet, copy / fax machine, koffiezetapparaat, wastafel, en een magnetron.

De villa is gelegen mid-eiland op St. Croix en ligt op 15 minuten van Christiansted en 20 minuten van Frederiksted. Het is 5 minuten van Cane Bay en het strand, snorkelen en duiken en 10 minuten van golfen op Carambola. Er is een huurder die in het apart gastenverblijf op de helling onder het huis in geval van nood; Uw privacy is hun voornaamste zorg.

Nieuw voor 2016. Een 40k generator. Zo heeft u altijd de macht in de villa.

This is the place to be! The views are extraordinary! My husband and our best friend couple visited for our 10 year wedding anniversary from 12/29/24-1/5/25 during the Crucian Christmas Festival. Though one of the busiest times on St. Croix, we had an amazing time! We even took a day to check out a few properties with an amazing local realtor while we were here in hopes of an investment opportunity. Even the properties we viewed didn't have the amazing views as our VRBO with Wally. The layout of the residence is conducive to privacy and relaxation. It was very hard to aquire a vehicle, so if you plan your trip during Christmas/New Year's, book your vehicle well in advance with Centerline or Olympic. You MUST have a vehicle! The entrance to this VRBO is a little scary as the drive is straight-- up. But was very manageable after the initial drive up. Try to arrive early enough to find the place in the light, it is much more difficult after dark. The lock box was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. Also be aware that there are many potholes across the island and the locals drive fast. They will also cross the centerline to avoid potholes and can create a few close call situations. As we were here during New Year's Eve, we arrived back to the VRBO to ring in the New Year. We could see the fireworks in Christiansted from the deck. It was awesome to be "above" fireworks and even though they were so far away, it was a very cool experience. You can still hear the waves thou

We enjoyed our stay at the villa immensely. Great common spaces to spend time in together, and very clean rooms. BEAUTIFUL master suite! The kitchen is larger than it appears in pics! Our only “heads up” is that this (like many vacation rentals on the island) is up a windy road with a significant elevation increase. It made for beautiful views, but also made us need to plan our comings and goings efficiently because the drive can be a challenge for those prone to carsickness (especially in the backseat!)

Loved our stay. House is very accomodating. Kitchen has eveything you need. Separate living quarters from the big house for privacy was nice. Views are amazing. Close to Cane Bay and short drive to everything else. Host and managers very responsive. Don't hesitate. Book this property today.

We loved our stay there and we will remember this place for its space, amazing views and gorgeous sunrises. The area is quite and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. Our two college aged kids took advantage of the different areas of the terrace and the pool. Wally gave us good tips for shopping and was prompt to reply to our messages. This place is the perfect vacation home.

Perched on the hillside, the views are simply amazing.. Loved watching the rain storms roll by! The home was very comfortable and felt homey to us. We lived on the patio and in the pool. The kitchen and BBQ were easy to use and move around in and about. It was a nice relaxing break from the world. Hope to stay there again soon. Thank you Wally and Mgmt team for a wonderful time! We loved our stay and the host, Wally, was so communicative and kind! If youre looking for a comfortable stay and a view for miles and miles you cant go wrong. The only downside for us was that we had a lot of windy days during our 2 weeks which actually made it too cold to use the pool much. The locals tell me december is often windy (as opposed to the normal breezy). Believe it or not the temperature was in the high 80s every day. We werent cold but didnt need to cool off. Lol

This property did have great views out onto Christiansted and its bay and beyond to the east and southeast. The breezes from the elevation did help keep the bugs at bay (midgies, no seeums, etc) that we battled at the beach. The amenities, including quality cookware and cutlery that we walways find lacking at rentals were of good quality to allow us to cook our meals with ease. What we did not know from the listing is that there is another home on property very close to this house whose occupants are actively in and out and their stairway faces the patio. Also, the pool is solar heated so the temperature seems to vary depending on the amount of sun during the morning and early afternoon when the water is actively pumped to the roof. We had a rainy and overcast week so the pool stayed at a cooler Caribbean temperature versus a true heated pool. We very much enjoyed our stay and Wally was very kind to check in with us throughout the week to make sure we were doing well with everything.

The title of the listing is not an exaggeration -- the views are amazing from near the top of the range. This was our fourth trip to STX and we all agreed, this was the best house we have stayed at in that time. Close enough to Christiansted that the drive to town is only around 20 min. but also far enough away to be calm and quiet. Communication with the owner and the local property managers was great, even though we had no issues.

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Host was very nice. Only complaint would be having the neighbor so close. There is a boom box in the living room that is Bluetooth and is pretty loud so we had a complaint about the music. There was also a storm that hit us and the kitchen window didn’t close so we woke up to a huge mess in the kitchen. Water was everywhere. But other than that, it was an amazing stay and great location.

The pictures don't do justice, the views from the decks are just spectacular. Our trip was late May/early June and we hit the weather and temperature perfectly, 70 degrees in the evenings with nice breeze to keep the bugs away. We spent our evenings out on the decks just soaking in the views with a drink. The inside of the house is very nice and the kitchen worked very well for us since we cooked most of our meals - well stocked with dishes and utensils. I recommend loading up on food essentials on your initial grocery run, store is about 15 minutes away. We were on St Croix for diving and really enjoyed Cane Bay, more so than the west end. This was primarily because all the Cane Bay sites were easily accessible from shore. However, the pier at Fred is a must dive. The house is ~15 minutes to Cane Bay and its a fun drive (best to have a truck). The owner Wally is an excellent host and made everything very easy. Mindy the property manager was also very attentive and was there to help with anything if needed. Highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Brimstage is very comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of options for sitting on the deck and enjoying the magnificent view. We mainly cook dinner in rather than go out and the grill, oven, and stovetop were all in good working order. The ice maker and blender were put to good use making Cruzan Confusion drinks and other tropical cocktails! The owner Wally was very helpful and had some great suggestions for our time on island and the on-island co-host Mindy also welcomed us, and both were very timely responding to any questions we might have had. we would come back here in a heartbeat and hopefully will some day!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! It was our first time to St. Croix. We did Atv tour, bioluminescence kayak tour, scuba diving, snorkeling etc. It was awesome and Brimstage was centrally located. Management was extremely responsive and helpFul. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Estate Clairmont. We stayed the first week of October, 2022. The Villa was great. It was clean and comfortable. The view from this Villa is absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this Villa and I cannot wait to return. Wally was wonderful to work with.

We rented Brimstoke for 3 weeks and it was hard to say goodbye. The first week was a girl’s getaway for me and two friends to celebrate collective momentous birthdays. I loved showing the island to my friends, but we also put aside time to just enjoy the patio and the views. When my friends left, my husband joined me and we spent 2 of the best weeks together that I can remember. This beautiful house and setting allowed my husband to unwind and find his happy place like none other. It is a perfect mid-island location from which to explore. But again we made sure to set time aside to enjoy the patio with the pool, hot tub, and endless views each day. Fantastic trip! We’ve been to St.Croix several times and have always stayed in resorts. Never again!
