'I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost...

'I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room.
I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price.
I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus.
Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

'This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!'

'The hotel from the outside doesn't look particularly attractive, due mainly to the positioning on a busy road, however once inside you have a totally different impression: a modern, clean and cosy hotel. The personnel is very helpful and gives all the information you may need. There's a metro station nearby and several bus stops, one just outside the hotel. 'The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....
