(e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). 'Hotel Kapil viel ons behoorlijk tegen, zeker gezien de foto's op de site en de reviews. De kamer viel nog wel mee, hoewel geen uitzicht, weinig ramen, en beetje armoedige indruk.
