'We had to change our room multiple times over a 2 night stay. The bedding had stains & the rooms were not clean. Marks on the walls to unwashed floors. We asked to get a refund, so we could leave the hotel & got promised the Presidential Suit, although it was bigger, all the same issues persisted. The WiFi was intermittent & slow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.'

'Overall good place would stay again'

'My first time in Shimla, which turns out to be a party town. Epic views, but noisy accommodation as there are several bars in this place. It is on Mall Road which for first time travellers here is a tourist hotspot for national and international travellers. Depends on you, if you like to be in the heart of town then go if not choose somewhere else. '

'Signed up with Expedia went to property they said no reservation. Spend evening trying to work out with Expedia. Yep said after 30 min we have resolved with property. Assured. Dropped off at check in time. Expedia could not resolve. Said there system not working with Expedia left to figure out . '

'I understand that Shimla is a hill station with uneven terrain and narrow roads. Even with this limitation, this hotel has an excellent land area and profile. The hotel must have enjoyed excellent glory in the past. However, this hotel is now unacceptably old and most of the features are worn out. This hotel needs a complete make over before being presented for international standard accommodation. However, we truly appreciate the help, care and concern of the staff and availability of quality...

'Отель находится не далеко от OLS BAS STAND, через рынок вверх по лестнице между двух домов. Окон (нормальных) в этом отеле по видимому нет. у нас был номер 101 там было маленькое окошко с решеткой выходило на стену соседнего дома стоящего в 30 см и на часть пола балкона соседнего дома. В номерах сыро, ванная комната не имеет вытяжки, окошко не открывается. Душ- его нет, это стандартные 2 крана и ведро, из которого поливаешься, шторок тоже нет, поэтому поливаться надо аккуратно. За такие деньги...

'Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand. I give 2-3 stars, only for the...

'L'hôtel est très correct avec une vue géniale sur les montagnes. C'est simple mais tout à fait correct. C'est mis que c'est à 2 minutes de Christ church, mais en fait c'est à 10 minutes, par une montée bien raide. Ça ne nous a pas gênés, mais je pense que c'est important de le savoir. '
