Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '

Beds or futon mats on real tatami floors. The dinner and breakfast alone are worth the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when navigating cultural differences. '

'I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station.'

'We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Communication started right at the beginning. The room was Amazing with a private onsen on the balcony and the room was big enough for 3 people. Breakfast and dinner was included and I never seen a presentation like that. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Great place to stay and would do it again any time! '
