'The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you. '

'Good hotel, beautiful location on top of the hill with a great view of lake kawaguchi. The onsen was great and also with a view over the lake which makes it very nice and chill.
Rooms were very clean and spacious.
Just a few minor points from our point of view.
Massages were done by an elderly couple. The woman gave an Ok massage, but the man was not good at all. We paid 14000 yen for an hour. Do not book this, not worth it!

Close to nice restaurants, convenience store and train station. We did hear the rail crossing, the area was otherwise quiet. Views of Mt Fuji from our flat. '

One advice for oversea visitors, make sure to send a picture of your passport to receive the passcode to enter the house. '

Het enige nadeel is dat de gordijnen niet goed werken en rond 4 uur (periode eind mei) was het licht op de kamer. '

The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. The only challenge was the location. But that’s not a fault of the hotel, just simply something to be mindful of in Kawaguchiko...
