'Great communication with staff.'

'Very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the host asked me to pay an additional 100 euros for city tax and service fee, even though those were included in my original payment. He waited for me to make that payment and only then provided the door code. The property looked very different from the photos shown on Expedia. The listing showed carpets, flowers, candles, and a beautiful Bohemian style chandelier, but none of these were there when we arrived. The curtains did not provide adequate...

'While I have nothing negative to say about the property itself, the location was extremely concerning. It is situated on what felt like a very unsafe street, right next to the train terminal, where there were many people who made us feel uncomfortable. During our stay, my brother was chased by a 4 strangers, assaulted, and had his phone stolen. After that, we were too afraid to walk anywhere.

(And an awesome station with free still and sparkling water 24/7 by the building door.) Safety: locked building door, apartments entrance unit, apartment itself. (Never felt unsafe outdoors even during late hours.) Cleanliness: the apartment looks...

'Alles bestens, konnten eine halbe Stunde später check out 🪷💫🪷👍 machen Geschäfte , Vatikan , alles Laufstrecke 🥰🥰 Sehr gerne wieder⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice greetings Claudia & Thomas,Florence'
