'The bed matrass was to firm for my taste'

'There were 4 of us staying at this property, 2 adults and 2 children and considering it was advertised as luxury, I’m pretty sure they need to check the dictionary . The room was so hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, we had to wet towels and lay them over us to try to make it bearable, the children went between the bed and the floor to try and cool down, we all had little to no sleep. We were told to help ourselves to what was in the fridge, there was 2 tiny cartons of juice...

'Geweldig verblijf gehad. Elke ochtend...

'Perfect location and great breakfast with view on Colosseum. Price/quality, room is ok but very simple. Maybe because we booked via Expedia/hotels.com. Our room was directly behind reception, no name on the door. The other rooms did- romance, luxury.. So if you book I recommend you to book these. '

'Prima lokatie, zou het zeker aanraden.'

'Stayed for a week. Central and convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room. I would stay there again.'

'I wish I had stayed here for my entire visit to Rome ! So much better than my other hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was lovely. Everything very clean. Great location. Very pleased ! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.'

'High-tech hotel without nighttime staff but good phone communication. Very efficient but without human element. Technology worked well in this case because backed up by accessible and competent human beings.'

'Located just 10 minutes walking from Termini station with nice cosy rooms and very attentive staff. Can facilitate airport transportation and is quite flexible if you arrive (like I did) after hours.'

'We LOVED our stay. The room is so Nice and its so central. It made our stay easy. And the owner is really Nice and helpfull. I would definitly go back.'

'Very friendly staff and good location. Rooftop patio was so nice!'
