'Excellent host, but some problems with the apartment. The “concierge” app is faulty and all I needed was the code to key box, but getting that info without a wifi connection was frustrating and difficult. Aggravating when you’re in a taxi cab from the train station after dark. Once inside, the WiFi code in the welcome binder was incorrect and required some detective work to finally access. A sink pump was broken and created a persistent noise that sounded like construction drilling and could...

'Awesome location! The flat was clean and comfortable. We loved hearing the small noises outside but otherwise peaceful and quiet. Easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We loved our stay!'

'We were met by the owners employee who was very nice. The bathrooms were old with poor water pressure. The clothes washing machine did not properly spin, forcing us to take our clothes to a laundromat to dry. We did not try to use the jacuzzi. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud and we had to turn it off at night so we could sleep. The location is excellent'
