'The property was extremely clean. My only disappointment is that I booked a room based on the photo that showed a private balcony. When we checked in, we were put on the first floor and were told a room with the balcony was not available. Other than that, the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. And again, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property.'

'I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated.
