'We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. 'The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

'The property is in a great location. It’s small, but clean. The window air conditioning unit was quite loud and the paint is peeling off the ceiling in the shower due to no exhaust fan. Over all it was a very convenient place to stay with a full size kitchen if you want to cook.'

'Overall a great place. Not really big enough for 4 people because of a lack of privacy. The pullout couch was very loud every time our friend moved on it. The sliding door for the bathroom created a privacy issue as well. Within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. '
