I was very disappointed in the room. No electrical outlet my bed for C pap machine. No extra blankets. For the price of the room, I expected the best. And the restaurant is a joke. No atmosphere. Cafeteria ambiance. I will stay elsewhere when I return to Cincinnati in the future.

The staff and bar/restaurant were great! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We didn’t like having no maid service for the 3 days we were there. We called for fresh towels and it took 3 hours for someone to bring them. They seemed understaffed in that area.

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend while attending a comedy production at Heritage Bank Center. The valet parking and the guys running it where always polite and fast. People at the front desk always said hello. It was very welcoming. The room was great.

I’m fat and would have liked a better breakfast.
Good location. Listen, the free breakfast needs some work. The Drury Inn is a quarter of the price and their breakfast is where it is at. No sausage or waffles. I know this isn’t a big deal, hotel was nice. The guy at the front desk with the deep, deep voice was great at check in and very courteous. Check in was busy and they killed that line quick.

It could have been better. There was zero toilet paper in our room, and only one full size towel, even though, the reservation said two adults. The decor in the room was nice though, but we will most likely be staying elsewhere the next time.

Overall great stay
Overall good stay the convenience of the location is a huge plus. Check in was quick and easy and luckily we were able to check in much earlier than I thought we could. The only negative is that the bathroom shower was moldy and the shower door was slightly damaged.

Weekend football trip
Pros: Perfect location for visiting fans to see a football game. The room was comfortable and the bar/restaurant were cozy and enjoyable. We had a great meal! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Valet situation was messy (and time consuming), some wear and tear in rooms (mirror with shattered glass). No garbage can in bathroom and no microwaves.

Very nice property and nicely maintained. Great location. My only complaint was my room wasn’t made up. Great staff. Josh gave us a brief history lesson on the building being an old bank. Very interesting.
