Welcome to the Pink House! We invite you to relax and enjoy your stay at our comfortable home located in a charming historic neighborhood. You will have access to the entire house during your stay with no interruptions. Street parking is also available for guest.

The home is equipped with smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

Enjoy the attractive backyard with a Gazebo, fire pit, bar and grill. It’s perfect for small get togethers & parties. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and can sleep 8 people comfortably. The location is only a 5-6min drive from downtown, Over-the-Rhine (OTR), Findlay, and Clifton. It is close to FC Stadium, Paycor Stadium, Great American Ball Park, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, hospitals, and most popular Cincinnati attractions.

House Rules:
- Guest should be responsible while on the property and respectful of the neighbors.
- Parties allowed however keep noise at minimal after 10:30pm.
- No food or eating in the bedrooms.

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, urine, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
3) Stains on the furniture, rugs, carpets and linens: $50 per item or cost to replace.
4) No Smoking indoors: $300 cleaning fee will apply.
5) Any damages to the property will be charged accordingly.
6) Early Check in Fee $ 50.
7) Late Check out Fee $ 50

Other:
- For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay.

- Contact host if you need drinks and food items purchased and delivered prior to your arrival (A service fee will apply at guest costs).

- Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service readily available. Free street car service is available in Downtown / Over-the-Rhine (OTR).

By completing your booking you acknowledge and agree to the following:
'I understand that while children are invited to stay in the property, the property has not been specifically child safety-proofed and is not specifically designed with infants and toddlers in mind. The homeowners/hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, even if it is the result of gross negligence. The homeowners/ hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.’

We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property.
