'Y’all got a new building in the front but only give ppl rooms in the old building the bathrooms old and dirty. Cigarette burns on toilet and shower. No ventilation in restroom. The air conditioning in my room was broken and I told the receptionist and he didn’t care he said if I wanted another room I would have to pay more but air conditioning is a basic amenity and I was very uncomfortable I would have rather slept outside than that room. '

Some of Housekeeping could be better with their attitude but they were doing a great job as well!!
