'I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor...

'When I booked online I booked a non smoking room with 2 queen beds. Uppn arrival I was told if I want a non smoking room I would have to pay a 40.00 deposit. I gave the girl my credit card. She came back and said "my dad said the deposit has to be cash." We had no cash on us, so I had to take a smoking room. When we got to the room, the air conditioner was barely working, the shower was very small. Walls had chipped paint. The blankets had cigarette burns. Definitely not worth 109.00. Will never...
