'hello, i immediately mailed the hotel after ordered and asked experessively for a bath; hotel gives clearly choice between bath & shower; this was confirmed; at the hotel owner says: a bath is a shower ; if you want a bath you have to write "vasca"; this is an insult; i have traveled 30 years & have never experienced this kind of behavior;'

'quarto limpo, facil comunicação com a equipe. O studio fica em um predio antigo, de moradia, mas o quarto esta reformado. ao reserva au tinha endendido que teria transporte para o aeroporto , mas na verdade, na chegada informaram que chamama um taxi, dai acabamos ficando com o nosso carrro indo para o aerporto com o nosso carro mesmo. não tem estacionamento no predio, fica a 5 min de distancia a pe, 25 euros a diaria.'

'In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig Cafes, Restaurants, Supermärkte sowie Transportmittel. Man kommt schnell ins Zentrum sowie in 30min zum Linate Flughafen. Check-In war sehr leicht, da die Gastgeberin persönlich vor Ort war. Wir hatten ein Zimmer inkl. eigenem Badezimmer und eine Küche/Essbereich den wir uns mit dem anderen Zimmergast geteilt haben. "The hotel was comfortable and well-located (visavis Milan Linate airport). The staff were friendly and helpful. The key challenges for me were - 1) A pool exists but isn't open. I wish they made that very clear before we booked as the pool was a big reason to choose the Novotel. 2) Hardly any good vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. They really need to think about people who might not want to eat meat or.fish. Overall, a good place for a short stay before you fly out."
